ddr333 bij P4B533-E

Ik ben van plan een nieuw systeempje te kopen:

Asus P4B533-E
Intel Pentium 4 2.26Ghz, 533Mhz
Dane-Elec Dimm 512Mb DDR SDram PC2700

Maar het moederbord kan maximaal PC2100 draaien, en nu las ik dit:

There is no magic BIOS, but there is a very simple trick to make this work.
Simply set Dipswitch 6 to ON, but do not change any other switches or
jumpers. In jumper free mode this enables my P4B533-E to have a 3:4 ratio
at 133 and above. Note: You won't see 3:4 in the BIOS, but after setting
the jumper 1:1 is now 3:4 and 4:3 is now 1:1. There is a great thread you

Mooi, dus dit mobo ondersteunt ddr333 eigenlijk ook

Mijn vraag is dan, kan ik als dit niet werkt het PC2700 geheugen net als het PC2100 gebruiken?

Ja, PC2700 is backwards compatible
