Automatisch tekst typen en enter? - Client software algemeen

Ik heb net gegoogled maar niks gevonden!
Ik wilde weten ofdat er een soort programma bestond die automatisch vooraf aangeven tekst dmv 1 knop automatisch typt en daarna een enter geeft?

voor de rest ligt het eraan waarin je deze grap wilt uithalen... Wellicht is AutoIT dan niet eens nodig. Denkend an excel ofzo...
