Vlekken op mijn tv-scherm [tv-out]

Haidieho!

Een probleem:
Ik heb zojuist mijn televisie [http://www.thomson.fr/Products/Detail/1,5856,28DG170G,00.html?languageID=82&countryID=250&categoryID=TV&selectValueIDGroup=] aangesloten op mijn videokaart [geforce2] via scartblokje. Alles werkt! Echter, na een tijdje verschijnen links en rechts op mijn tv-scherm langzaam maar zeker twee vlekken die alsmaar scherper worden. Dit is alleen t geval als de Tv-mode aanstaat [in tv-tools], dus als mijn beeld gekloond is.

Omdat ik vermoed dat die vlekken niet zo gezond zijn voor mijn tv zet ik de tv-mode maar weer uit en trek ook het scartblokje achter uit de tv.

Is er iemand die weet hoe dit te verhelpen is?

extra info: de vlek links op het scherm wordt eerst zwart en verandert uiteindelijk in iets paars-achtigs. de ander wordt 'groen'.

even voor de duidelijkheid...onthou dat veel monitoren de lage frequentie niet aan kunnen als je met tvtool cloont en dat je dus gewoon je monitor sloopt...

Dit vlekkenprobleem heb ik niet alleen onder Tv-tool maar ook onder Nview.

En over die frequenties: televisie is 50hz en bij beeldscherm staat vernieuwingsfrequentie op 60hz. geeft dat problemen?

ja, ik blijf een beetje doorzeuren...

ik ben iig niet de enige met dit probleem. op het tvtool forum wordt ook melding gemaakt van vlekken die na een seconde of tien op het tv-scherm verschijnen, maar een oplossing wordt nooit gegeven


So far so good... i've got colour but... after 15 to 20 seconds i can se two spots starting to grow on the screen...
One on each side of the screen (one blue and one yellow)...

I've tried to change to another capacitor with same size but its the same behaivor as before.

I've been trying TV-tool 5.5 and 6.0 beta with the same results...

Can anyone give me a solution to get rid of those spots?


I've got a TVOut problem. My TV displays strange distorted color areas in the left and in the right part of the TV screen. It looks like a magnetic interference, but I don't know what it really is.
I've noticed two other people described the same or similar problem (Bjarne Lindqvist and GoobCow).
The interference appears after I connect the video cable to the TV (doesn't matter which input/output - Composite or SVideo works all the same). The intereference is visible the best, when a single color window is displayed on the TV. It slowly disappears when I disconnect the video cable from the TV.
I still can watch a movie, because the interference is not visible so much, when there's something going on the screen. However, I'm worried about my TV set; I'd hate to damage it.
I've got GeForce2 MX 400 and a 50Hz Pal/NTSC TV set; and I've tried all sorts of setting, including TwinView and TVTool.
Please, help me identify what the problem really is and remove it.

Have you ever tried disconnecting all cables except that coming from the TV-Out of your card?

I sometimes have strange colors to the left and to the right in the picture. It's really easy to see if i display a white picture. If i turn off/restart the comp its gone.
There are no speakers or other magnetic things in the area of the tv but it looks very much like magnetic interference.
I have a Asus card with the CX25871 chip.

I have that same problem on my TV..I was very scared at first (its a quite expensive TV) but every time i turn off and then on again, the spots are gone, and they slowly start to come back as TVtool runs.


I also have the strange color-changed areas on both left and right side of the TV. It looks much like magnetic interference, but there are no devices around that could cause it.
I've tried all combinations of cable connection: VHS/SVHS - VHS/SVHS/SCART. It's the same all the time.
I'm kind of worried thet it might damage the TV. If anybody knows what the reason is and/or how to remove it, I'd love you to let me know.


Hallo, ich hab ein komisches Problem.
TV Tool laueft ansich einwandfrei aber es gibt auf dem tv bild staendig diagonale blaue streifen die langsam ueber den bildschirm wandern. ich konnte es nicht austellen, liegt es vielleicht am kabel?

Ich benutze eine LEADTEK WinFast A250 TD GeForce 4 TI 4200. Wenn ich jetzt über das TV Tool 6.5 die Ausgabe auf dem Fernseher aktivere bekomme ich ein super Bild, aber nach ca 5-10 Sekunden kommt ein komisches Flimmern auf dem Monitor. Das Bild auf dem TV läuft aber ganz normal weiter. Wenn ich dann zurück auf den Monitor schalte hab ich auch da wieder ein normales Bild. Eigentlich ist es ja wurscht, aber mich stört es trotzdem ein bisschen.
Hat einer Rat?

das ist so, wenn du "dual view" eingeschaltet hast, dann reduziert der monitor seine wiederholfrequenz auf mörderische 31khz oder so, schalt das mal aus, dann ist zwar auch der monitor aus, während die tv-ausgabe läuft, aber du schonst deine augen!

ook als ik dual view uitschakel en tv-mode start komen die vlekken weer langzaam tervoorschijn

Zou het in ieder geval niet te veel proberen dan, kans zit er in dat je heel je tv naar de knoppen helpt.
En ik weet het, het is geen oplossing ...
Ik heb nu momenteel nog een oud tvtje staan boven, en ik ging tv tool toch eens uittesten, dus ik ga dat morgen of zo eens ff doen.
Als ik het ook heb laat ik dat weten, als ik daarna mijn andere tv terug heb, sluit ik die ook eens aan.
Zal je dan het resultaat weten te zeggen.

Als je monitor nog op 60Hz staat staat misschien je tv ook op 60, dat zou wel de vlekken verklaren.
