Intel is announcing the discontinuation of interactive support for the Pentium(R) II processor, the Pentium II Xeon(TM) processor, and the Celeron(R) processor occurring in both the PPGA and SEPP packages. This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via email or telephone. Both phone and email support will be discontinued beginning on Friday June 14, 2002. Intel will continue to post material for these processors on the Internet here:
