[apache] Werkte eerst wel nu error

Ik heb me Apache server geconfiguurd zoals op deze site staat:

Nou dat werkte allemaal, ik ging naar [url="http://localhost/"]http://localhost/[/url] en dat werkte, nou wil ik em even herstarten en nou geeft ie een foutmelding dit vind ik in me error log:

Iemand enig idee wat het probleem is ??
