enlightenment is te configgen vanuit enlightenment. Da's wel menu-based, maar werkt wel.

The Enlightenment window manager configuration tool
I had to ask for the removal of this package from the archive, because this tool should no be longer needed with newer Enlightenment versions. It is also known to the be the cause of data corruption and other incompatibilities. Anyway, I used it for 2 years, and never had a single problem. That's why it is here, in case you find it as useful as I do. This was supposed to be my little tribute to Raster, but it became Murphy's little tribute to me instead.
Here's an excerpt I got from another Debian developer: "The functionality is built into enlightenment. It also corrupts e 0.16.x's config files in some instances. Mandrake mentioned differences in the IPC code between 0.15.x and 0.16.x could lead to corruption".

juist .. dat was dat ding. en die corruptie kan wel kloppen, maar valt goed mee te leven
