It seems the registry on the client keeps growing and growing untill it reaches a size which Windows can't handle anymore so the system halts. Can anyone tell me why the registry keeps on growing on a client machine that only displays a webpage with media components all day long? What could be responsible for the continious growth of the registry?

- configured as client with static ip
- running a html based presentation in Internet Explorer 6
- html based presentation containing flash and avi's
- soundcard present
- videocard present
