What is "CHANFIX"?
CHANFIX is a special client that has powers similar to chanserv. It constantly monitors the entire network, and if your channel loses ops, it will automatically join, restore ops to those who previously held ops the longest according to its records (think of it as squatter's rights), and then leave. You cannot "invite" or trigger it to do its job. If you lost ops and it does not intervene right away, then either you do not qualify (due to lack of "identd" or "reverse DNS", see connection troubleshooting guide if you aren't familiar with those terms) or CHANFIX may be temporarily down.
