[oc] reboot bij 51 c

Ik heb een athlon XP 1700+ deze loopt 1466@1573. vcore staat op 1.85v. fsb op 143. als mijn proc boven de +/- 51 c komt reboot de pc, waar kan dit aan liggen?
volgens mij zou hij die temp nog wel redelijk moeten kunnen hebben .
(voor cooling specs zie sig.) het probleem doet zich voor als ik me pc in "ik wil slapen" stand zet, dwz. cpu fan op 7 volt en 4x80mm coolermaster op 7 volt. in slaap stand is mijn cpu nooit full loaded.
burn7k met cpu fan op 12v 4x80mm 12 en 1x120mm 12v houd ie em op 48c, dus wel stabiel.

Geheugen=pc2100 nanya cas 2.5, ingesteld op agresievste timings, euh zo duz:
1) System Performance: Turbo
2) DRAM Clock: 133 Mhz
3) DRAM Timing: Manual
4) SDRAM Cycle Length: 2
5) Bank Interleave: 4 Bank
6) DRAM Burst Lenght: 8 --> Not stated in manual. This option only available with bios 8khi1a17 (10/17/2001) and 8khi1b02 (11/02/2001) and above. try to set this to 8 and bench and set to 4 and bench again. Set to the highest bench results.
7) DRAM PreChrg to Act CMD: 2T
DRAM Act tp PreChrg CMD: 6T --> there's no significant increase in performance when setting to 5T. Setting to 5T for a long time can cause data corruption and hard disk failure in the long run !!! Just beware & remember !!!
9) DRAM Active to CMD: 2T
10) DRAM Queue Depth: 4 Level
11) DRAM Drive Strength: Auto (Default Auto is 4)
12) DRAM Command Rate: 1T
13) DCLKI/O Timing: Leave it at default setting (My default is 0ns)
14) Fast R-W Turn Around: Enabled
15) Continuos DRAM Request: Enabled)
(zijn deze timing's een beetje ok?)

Dat had ik ook, het probleem ligt in je windows. Ik had bij mij "automatisch de pc uitzetten" uitgezet

Denk idd dat het zoiets is want 51c graden is niet te veel om instabiel te worden.

ik draai winxp prof, maar hij knalt de pc in 1x uit, dus nix netjes afsluiten ofzow .
waar kun je dat uiteztten dan?

euh.... ik ben eigenlijk ook wel benieuwt waaro dat zit en hoe je het kan instellen.

Hier lopen veel topics over. Als je je PC overklokt, moet je de temp laag houden. En als-ie dan dus crasht, dan moet je de temp nog lager maken, of minder ver OC-en.
