Cisco 1720 Wachtwoord???

Ik heb een cisco 1720 Router liggen heb alles er bij boekjes console kabel alles!

nou heb ik 1 probleem ik kan niet achter wachtwoord komen...
Ik zie het wel staan als ik in prompt. in typ show version

maar als ik vervolgens de router reset en het daar getoonde wachtwoord invul dan komt er te staan Bad password.

ik kan niet de hele router gaan resetten want de gegevens die er in staan moet ik nog uitlezen en gebruiken.

In Configmaker van Cisco heb ik ook al geprobeerd inteloggen, de gegevens uittelezen maar daar geeft ie aan dat ik een username moet opgeven.(is geen probleem die heb ik al gezien en weet wat daar moet staan)
een Unprivileged Password.(geen idee wat daar moet staan, het wachtwoord wat ik invul maar fout word bevonden:'( )
En een Privileged Password.(het zelfde als bij Unprivileged...)

Is er een mogelijkheid om het Wachtwoord van de router te veranderen? of moet ik em helemaal opnieuw gaan instellen(resetten)???

Laat me maar weten als je meer info hebt.

ehm volgens mij zat het zo:

log in op je zwitch via de console kabel, reset de switch en druk tijdens het booten crtl+c nu heb je 30 sec om alles te fixen wat je moet fixen passwd veranderen ED.

Zo werkt het ook bij switches van cisco.

Ja klopt. Kan waarschijnlijk alleen met de console kabel en niet via een telnet sessie.

oke ik heb die link al vaker gebruikt maar daar kom ik er toch niet uit, is opzich wel een goeie!!!


ik heb al een hyper terminal sessie gehad (10000den keren) maar als ik de handleiding, waar je op uitkomt als je op de link klikt, doorloop stap voor stap dan kan ik alleen (Step 2 Enter the enable secret command to reset the enable secret password in the router:) het secret password veranderen, alleen dat is niet waar het mij omgaat, ik nmoet het 'normale'password veranderen/achterhalen...

hoe doe ik dat? wnt dat zetten ze er niet bij.. helaas

Neey het wachtwoord wat ik uiteindelijk moet invullen bij:

Privileged password
Unprivileged password

In CONFIGMAKER van Cisco

en dat is niett het secret password...
want die is al een keer veranderd...

Ben niet bekend met dit model maar kan je het encrypte password wat je met de console ziet niet in getpass.exe ofzo plakken, dat haalt de encryptie eraf.

Waar kan ik getpass.exe vandaan halen, ik kan het proberen niet waar.

Voor Privileged password heb ik kittz pw ingevult : 9713
voor unprivileged password heb ik 5678 ingevult alleen dit werkt niet. Hoe kom ik achter dit laatste wachtwoord? of kan ik em veranderen?

Das het laatste geloof ik dan kan ik de oude configuratie uitlezen en ben ik heel erg blij!!!
