Xantic has adopted an open standard vision, giving you the freedom to use any DVB/IP card/hardware of your choice. The satellite equipment that is required to run the High Speed Internet Access Service is simple and easy to install. In addition to your standard PC (Pentium II or higher, Windows 98 or higher), all you require is a small 'mini-dish' satellite antenna and a satellite modem (PC plug-in card or USB box).
For certain applications, the use of a separate satellite router is preferable to that of a satellite modem.
