Ik heb als server Linux Mandrake 8.1 (192.168.0.1)
Er draait squid op de server (192.168.0.1:3128)
Sinds ik heb gerommeld met wat modules en de firewall werkt de autodial van de isdn niet meer.
Het commando "isdnctrl dial ippp0" werkt perfect en daarna hebben de client ook internet+ftp+mail, etc, (ook via en zonder squid (80 of 3128))
Maar bij het opvragen van bijv. een internetpagina wordt de ISDN-verbinding niet (meer) automatisch gestart. Dit heeft wel gewerkt.
isdnctrl dialmode staat op 'auto'.
Ik vermoed dat het in de firewall (bastille) zit, dus bij deze de config-file:
