[RTCW] Versie 1.31 released + bugfix voor ice

Zoals ik al in een aantal forums heb gepost, doe ik dat ook hier even...

As most people who installed patch 1.31 noticed if they tried to load mp_ice
it's gone... and if you vote for it, with "\callvote map mp_ice" you get
disconnected and won't beable to get back in. I traced the bug to the pk3
itself supplied in the package, and it only applies to clientside actions
for some reason (dedicated servers don't have these problems) i found a very
simple fix for this bug:
If you take wolf update 1.3 and extract all the files in there with programs
like winzip or winace, pick pakmaps1.pk3 and copy it to the main directory
of rtcw, it should cure the bug!

(ff ter info: Op me werk zit ik op 100 Mbit Surfnet dus uppen en downen gaat op het moment van schrijven naar DDS (webmail+space) met bijna 1 Mb/sec )
