parent.parent werkt niet bij mac

Ik heb het volgende probleem:

dit werkt op de PC, maar niet op de mac(IE) :

parent.parent.location='blabla.html';

parent.location werkt wel. Is dit een bekend probleem
bij de mac?
Ik kan waarschijnlijk wel top.frame1.frame2.location gebruiken, maar liever niet.
