Hi guru's,
I've got linux dist. debian and have a samba server. This is my PDC (I
hope). I want to connect my XP pro on it but I get these errors.

your computer could not be joined to the domain because the following error
occured:
No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

What does this mean?

smb.conf:
----------------------------------------------------------
[global]
bind interfaces only = true
interfaces = 192.168.0.20 127.0.0.1
hosts allow = 192.168.0.2
add user script = useradd -g pacoXP 1002 -d /dev/null -c XPbak$ -s
/bin/false \pacoXP$
#unix password sync = yes
socket options = TCP_NODELAY
#name resolv order = lmhosts host wins bcast
status = yes
time server = yes
domain admin group = root
#strict sync = no
#strict locking = no
hide files = no
#write raw = yes
#read raw = yes
#oplocks = yes
path = /home/programmas
writable = yes
security = user
#encrypt passwords = yes
server string = linux_server
workgroup = wognum
comment = Programma's voor iedereen
netbios name = glenfiddich
wins support = true
os level = 65
preferred master = yes
local master = yes
domain logons = yes
volume = Debian

[home]
path = /home
comment = login dir

[progjes]
delete readonly = yes
create mode = 777
directory mode = 777
-------------------------------------------

I tested it with testparm and it works so I think there is nothing wrong
with my smb.conf.
Ik heb een groep (zoals je ziet in smb.conf) pacoXP en een user aangemaakt pacoXP$. Moet dat $ erbij of niet? De user is een member van de groep root dus zou hij alles kunnen doen.

Wat kan en moet ik nog meer doen om XP aan het domein te laten inloggen?
