Conclusion
Out of the box, the Gainward might not offer the fastest performance, but people who buy Gainward stuff aren't the ones who settle for out-of-the-box performance. Gainward targets the hardcore community and we can say that these people will be very happy with the Ultra 750/XP. The overclocking on this card rocks and the PCB color/heatsink combo makes it look awesome as well.

Gainward also throws a lot inside the package- two DVI ports and Video In/Out capability on the card itself will keep a lot of people happy. But Gainward doesn't stop there and offers a PCI card with four IE1394/Firewire ports as well as 3D glasses- basically, this is a premium package. As far as pricing goes, the distributor informed us that this particular version of the card with the 3D glasses and Firewire card will be around US$430/- while the very same card without the 3D glasses Firewire card should be less than US$400/- which is about the same as what other GeForce4 Ti4600 cards are going for

Klein vraagje, waarom hebben ze er niet een GF3 ti500 naast gezet?
Dit kan ik geen vergelijking noemen.
Alsof je een voodoo2 vergelijkt met een GF2.
Ik hecht dus geen waarde aan deze test, laten ze eerst maar een goede review van maken.

Als ik kijk op madonion.com dan is die nog niet eens uit.

For the hardware, our testbed was constructed upon the SiS 645 chipset motherboard with a Pentium 4 Northwood 2.1GHz CPU running at 133MHz FSB. We used a Nanya 256MB DDR-333 RAM stick- that was pretty much all that the hardware we used except for the Toshiba 8X DVD-ROM and the Maxtor 7200RPM 40GB ATA-133 hard disk. We did not use any sound card or network card. Drivers used on the machine were SiS 1.09m and Detonators v27.50 for all three cards- the Gainward GF4 Ti4600, the ASUS GF4 Ti4600 and the MSI GeForce3 Ti200.

Klein vraagje, waarom hebben ze er niet een GF3 ti500 naast gezet? Dit kan ik geen vergelijking noemen.

Deze test gaat meer om de vergelijking tussen een normale TI4600 en die van Gainward, althans zo komt het bij mij over.
