[XP] Cd-rom drives niet gezien.....?

Hallo,

Ik stuitte op het volgende probleem.
Na een installatie van Nero (v 5.55) zag Windows (xp) mijn cd rom drives niet meer goed.
Hij ziet ze wel maar geeft een geel uitroep teken en de volgende melding:

Windows heeft het apparaatstuurprogramma voor dit apparaat in het geheugen geladen, maar kan het apparaat zelf niet vinden. (Code 41)

Deinstalleren van Nero helpt niet en systeemherstellen lost het probleem ook niet op.

Weet iemand raad...?

When CDROM/DVDROM are not detected anymore after Nero 5.5 installs.. ( will
be resovled in the Nero 5.5.3x release)

This occurs due to an error in the installation which sometimes occur.
The problem should be away if the customer reinstalls the NeroCD2K driver:
The installation file is in the Nero\Misc folder.
There is the file NEROCD2Kinstall.inf file
Now he should rightclick the file and choose install.
After the next installation the cd-rom drives are visible and useable again.


OR

Open regedit and go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11C
E-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Now delete the keys:
LowerFilters and UpperFilters. Now reboot and your optical drives
should function again. You should then reinstall Nero.
