For those of you who don't know, anodizing is an electrochemical process that thickens and toughens the naturally occurring protective oxide found on aluminum. The resulting finish, depending on the process, is the second hardest substance known to man, second only to the diamond. The benefits of anodizing include superior durability, color stability, easy maintenance, and is safe on the environment. (not to mention that it looks KICK ASS!) (anodizing.org)

Well your case looks realy beautiful ! How did you get the idea to anodize the inside of youre case, do you have a window in the left-side of youre case ? It's a real shame when you not can see this peace of art.

the case belongs to a friend of mine. the anodizing was done by www.pcmutants.com as well as the laser etching

yes, anodizing is available in pretty much any color.

also, an edit to my earlier post, the anodizing was done at Faraday-Cases, but they have since went out of business.

Toch wel dom eigenlijk van zo'n laser etch te laten doen . Het Alu krijgt z'n stevigheid en krasvastheid van het anodiseren , en dan gaan we die laag er even lekker afbranden ...


In de Amerikakken-taal : Pretty stupid to do such a laser-etch . The Aluminium gains its thoughness and scratch-resistance that it gains by anodizing , so let's just for fun burn that coating off ...
