Ik heb logitech een mail gestuurd over hun mouseware drivers.
Dit is me Mailtje:
have troubles with The Mouseware software under Games. I bought a Dual
optical but i can't use your mouseware software, because under games the
scrollwheel and the 4th button doesn,t work. Can't u fix this. The new
Microsoft software i used before was fantastic. Can't u ad a profile map
for executbles. So u can make a profile for executables for you mouse. Or
fix the Scrollwheel and 4th mouse button fix for windows XP.
I hope you will do this cause a lot of people are waiting for the
solution. You produce the best mices there are but the software is crappy.
I hope u will contact me maybe i can test you new mouseware so we can fix
these problems.

It may be necessary to run the mouse off of Logitech Mouse driver support only, without the additional support of Logitech MouseWare. To do this, simply have Logitech MouseWare installed on your computer. Then before you start the game, turn off MouseWare.
To do this hit <ctrl>, <alt>, and <del>, and end the EM_EXEC.EXE process. This will disable the Logitech MouseWare, and in the game you will be able to assign functions to additional buttons and the scroll wheel.

Hello Brian,
Could logitech not program a descent mouse driver such as microsft intelli
soft for their Intelli mouses, they can deliver dedicated mouse drivers so
why can't you???
By closing your mouse driver is not a solution. It is just a way to go
around it and not facing the problem
Snappen jullie wat ik bedoel volgens mij heeft logitech iets te weinig software programmeurs aangenomen, want ze leveren maar half werk, terwijl logitech de naam heeft om zijn muizen mogen ze ze onderhad ook wel eens goede drivers op de markt brengen aangezien een muis toch redelijk vaak gebruikt wordt als je achet je pc zit.
