Due to an overwhelming response to our program we were unable to completely sell out our advertising inventory. Therefore we have decided to close SurfingPrizes.com, Inc. effective September 1, 2000. As a result, the SurfingPrizes.com service is no longer available to members, all membership agreements will be terminated effective September 1, 2000, and members will not receive further credits to their accounts.
Our plan of dissolution contemplates the collection of assets and partial payments to creditors, including members, subject to the terms of the Membership Agreement. A partial payment is anticipated as it appears that SurfingPrizes.com's assets will be less than our debts and expenses. In order to receive a partial payment on your account, please submit a claim indicating that you want to receive payment. All payments will be made in cash. CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DECEMBER 31, 2000. Failure to timely submit a claim will result in your claim being barred and will not be paid. Claims should be made on the regular payment form that is on this web site. We appreciate all of your support and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
