After WinXP Upgrade no more sound on DVD's

After WinXP Upgrade no more sound on DVD's.
Normal audio works fine, if i play audio cd's in the dvd player it all works. but if i play a dvd i have no sound.
i have a Soundblaster 64 PCI and i am using win dvd 2000.
I have also tried PowerDVD XP 4.0 have the same problem.
DOes anybody have a qlue what could be wrong?
