MYST III loopt steeds vast onder win XP!

Myst III Exile loopt telkens vast onder win XP als ik een boek lees ( in het spel dus).
Nog vervelender is dat ie XP meeneemt. Alles loopt meteen vast, blauw scherm en herstart! ( lijkt win 98 wel weer...)
Meer mensen ervaring mee? Wat valt er aan te doen??

probeer de compatibility mode want hij hoort het gewoon te doen.Bij mij deed hij het wel

Is niet zo Maarten, kazz1980 heeft heeft het over Myst 3 - Exile, en jij hebt het over (Myst 2) Riven

heeeel vervelend!

"For anyone out there who has Windows XP and is unable to play Myst III, I have some advice. I just purchased a new computer from Dell that has a 64MB video card, 3D hardware acceleration, and 32 bit display. I went through the installation process and only did a typical install which requires the discs to play the game. I DID NOT install Direct X even though it is required. I had no problems playing the game at any point and was able to save all my games. The graphics and sound effects are AMAZING!!!! I already finished it and have to say that it was well worth the aggravation.
