Use the Check Chipset For Correct Modem document that is provided on this site to determine if your modem is an HCF or HSF modem. If your modem is an HCF modem it should work correctly with the Best Data driver, if it does not you have 2 choices. One choice is to go to the modem manufacturer (recommended) for their latest modem drivers and the second choice is to use the corresponding HCF Generic Modem Driver provided on this site. If you have an HSF modem, then please use driver 127A1025 HSF Drivers Signed.exe to upgrade your modem.
