En ook dit verhaaltje heb ik geen zin om opnieuw te vertalen. Ik hoop dat het een beetje duidelijk is.

We are using a isdn-card in a pc to dial in to a cisco3640 router. There we
authenticate ourself using radius to Novell NDS and after that we get an
IP-address.

Now we want to use a cisco 800 to replace to ISDN-card. The cisco router
dials in. Authenticates itself using PPP PAP. But the router doesn't get an
IP-address. The dialer is configured for:
IP ADDRESS NEGOTIATED
ENCAPSULED PPP

We believe this should work but if we do:
SHOW IP INTERFACE DIALER1 it says that the IP address should be negotiated
through IPCP or DHCP. Now we saw on the cisco site that for IP negotiation
and RADIUS the router should support IPCP and that the cisco 800 doesn't
support this.

Can this be our problem why we don't get an IP address?
Are there clear debuging commando's to check the IP negotiation process?

Tsssk, Mozes , je zou toch weten dat we niet aan vegroetingen doen :+
