5510 software onder winXP/2K

Tsja, bij mij werkt het niet. Althans, hij wil mn telefoon maar niet detecteren terwijl hij hem in explorer gewoon direct herkent als removable drive.
pleeze help me.

en weet iemand trouwens ook of er iets van software is om mn nummers te editen enzo? je zou zeggen dat dat wel moet kunnen maar vreemdgenoeg zit er niks van dat bijgeleverd.

Helaas, de 5510 software is niet geschikt voor WindowsXP
Een goede vriend van me heeft ook die telefoon gekocht, en hij heeft dezelfde problemen

is te hopen dat Nokia snel een nieuwe versie uitbrengt.

Helpt het ook niet als je het programma eerst instelt met de Compatibiliteitsmodus die WinXP bied???

Dat wil nog wel eens helpen, zoals met mijn software van de 6210 die ik heb

ik heb deze telefoon dus ook, en ik kan dus ook geen mp3's in m'n telefoon krijgen (met windows XP) heeft hier al iemand een oplossing voor gevonden????

Fixed it.

You have to ignore the advice on the installation instructions and have the phone on and cabled up to your PC when you install (or reinstall) the Nokia Audio Manager.

While the Audio Manager is being installed, Windows XP thinks someone has hooked up a Nokia HDR-1 to the USB port. The install also says that one of the drivers being loaded hasn't been tested by Microsoft, but you just tell it to install it anyway.

Once installed, you go into Nokia Audio Manager and it will tell you it can't see the device (the 5510). Just go into "Options", change the default device from the Nokia HDR-1 to the "Nokia 5510" listed on the menu, and voila, it can now see and download to the device.

We're still trying to put some of our CD collection onto it (we recorded 4 of our most played CD's onto the PC using Windows Media Player), but we can't get WM8 files to load properly (given that the default on Windows Media Player is to disable downloads to other devices). So, now trying to do everything via te Nokia Audio Manager, although the downside is that we have to manually enter the details of all the tracks.

But getting there...
