Met 1 muisklik Windows xp afsluiten?

In Win ME en ouder bestond de mogelijkheid om met 1 muisknop op een snelkoppeling met "rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows" af te sluiten.
In Win XP werkt dat niet meer (geen rundll.exe meer). Iemand een andere manier?

For a shortcut to RESTART Windows XP:
