Panasonic GameCube "Q" pre-order information
Thu Dec 6 2001 05:51:33 Hong Kong Time - GameCube
We are now accepting pre-orders for the Panasonic GameCube "Q" which is supposed to hit the streets of Japan next Friday, 14th of December 2001.
For those who missed it, the absolutely stylish Panasonic DVD-player/GameCube hybrid does not only play GameCube titles, but also comes with a full functional DVD player and a remote control. The SL-GC10, as its been labeled, does have an optical output and supports Dolby Digital and dts signals, and according to Panasonic the system can output digital game audio via the optical output if developers decide to support the feature. Furthermore the official Website stats that GameCube discs, CDs, DVDs, CD-RW, DVD-R (and another type of CD which we are unfortuantely unable to translate from Japanese) are supported.
