Priority ppstats

Weet iemand hoe ik het script op idle uit kan voeren?
Ik gebruik nu de volgende shortcut:

C:\WINNT\system32\cmd.exe /c start "RC5 Stats" /DC:\WWW\Apache\cgi-bin\ppstats /MIN /LOW /WAIT C:\WWW\Apache\cgi-bin\ppstats\ppstats-rc5-7.1.pl

Maar dat werkt niet goed, hij voert hem nog steeds op normal priority uit.

Wat doe ik fout?

Nee maar het gaat me er om dat als ik zit te CSen het spel niet gaat stotteren. Snappie?
