just after the release of F1 racing championship a patch was announced
that would solve the major AI problems....4 months later the UK ubisoft
site reported that it would take some longer....now in the meanwhile the
game's out for 8 months or so and there's still no patch. I'm kinda
dissapointed but I can't email ubisoft uk since they say they wont
support foreign (outside of uk) customers. Since the dutch ubisoft site
is down that leaves only ubisoft.com.

Can you please give me some info on this situation? I'm getting a little
dissapointed in ubisoft. I dont want to spend my money on a game and
then getting no support. I'm now still left with a game that has major
bugs that were even admitted by the company. A sequel is announced but
no patch has been made and I'm not going to pay again for a correctly
working version of the same game.

En wat wil je nu trachten te bewijzen?

Je schrijft dat Ubisoft geen support geeft ==> Onder support versta ik dat ze je helpen bij het oplossen van problemen die je tegenkomt bij het installeren, crashen of spelen van het spel. Wat jij gedaan hebt (tenzij ik me vergis) is mailen met de vraag waar hun patch blijft. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat, moest je nu een probleem gehad hebben met het spel, men je ook wel ergens ander had geholpen, zeker indien je er bij had gezegd dat je de NL site van Ubisoft niet kon bereiken (wegens 'verbouwingen)

BTW, als je de taal kiest op de Belgische Ubisoft site, ga je naar de corporte COM site van hun.

Als UbiSoft zegt dat die patch binnen die en die tijd uit moet zijn moeten ze dat ook waarmaken vind ik,So BOYCOT UBISOFT

Als ik donderdag avond ga werken ,zeg ik wel tegen elke klant dat die UbiShit spellen zuigen

Of nog beter ik haal ze gewoon uit de winkel

Nou, als Ubisoft niet eens wil verklaren of ze wel of niet een patch hebben gemaakt, dan maakt dat toch ook niet uit uit welk land je komt? Al kom je nou uit Hongarije, Polen, Brazilië of Nederland, ze kunnen toch minstens wel antwoord geven op de vraag of er al een patch is (lijkt mij tenminste), daar hoeven ze je toch niet voor naar de afdeling van hun bedrijf in je eigen land door te sturen? Gewoon simpel ja met URL, of nee, dat is toch nog niet belachelijk?! Dat zou ik zeggen in elk geval...

Ze hebben het zelf ook nog de schuld bij de FIA gelegd.
De FIA zou de patch tegen houden....yeah right.
Man o man F1RC zou stukken better zijn met een kleine rot patch.
