[Newbie question] Hoe heet deze taal???

Beste tweakers,

Het klinkt als een stomme vraag, maar ik ben zelf nog niet compleet thuis in het programmeren. Nu ben ik al behoorlijk ver met ASP en dergelijke, maar nu was ik laatst bezig met het programmeren van een webpagina, en toen kwam ik dit tegen, en ik weet niet welke taal het is, zodra ik dat weet, dan kan ik weer verder.

Onder welke taal valt dit, want volgens mij is het geen PHP en zeker geen ASP, is het soms PERL???

Dit is SSI (Server Side Include) Zeer simpele code die je in je webpagina kunt droppen om bv. de datum te printen of om bepaalde commando's uit te voeren.

The #exec directive instructs the Web server to run the specified application or shell command and send the output (standard output or ISAPI WriteClient data) to the client browser. You must surround a directive with HTML comment delimiters.

This directive can be used only in HTML pages; it cannot be used in ASP pages.

CMD Runs a shell command. The CommandDescription parameter is a string that contains the full, physical path of the shell program, followed by any command-line parameters separated by spaces. If the full path is not specified, the Web server searches the system path. This directive is disabled by default because it poses a security risk to your Web site; for example, a user could run the format command to erase your hard disk. To enable it, add the SSIEnableCmdDirective entry to the registry and set the value to TRUE. For general information on using the registry, see Registry.

Maar Bash elt shell, en gezien de populariteit van de Bash shell dus "waarschijnlijk Bash" zoals ik al zei.

Misschien heb je gelijk, maar ik dacht dat csh nog wat populairder was dan bash, of niet?

Nee, bash shells zijn populairder dan c shells door problemen met eerdere csh's (die allang verholpen zijn, maar de link is blijven hangen).

Klopt, ik ken meer machines die standaard bash draaien dan csh. Alhoewel op veel van de machines beide staat geinstalleerd (alleen bash is vaak de standaard die gebruikt wordt)
