WD Harddisk kapot.. hoe garantie?

Hallo,
ik heb naar aanleiding van het andere topic wat hier nu loopt over die wd harddisk met garantie enzo..

heb ik mijn wd 20 gig die zojuist 2 week opeens kapot is gecheckt op hun site voor eventuele garantie...

hij zegt dus dit:

terug naar de winkel, simpel.

Het is een OEM-HDD dus je moet je HDD bij je OEM terugbrengen omdat die waarschijnlijk de garantie "afgekocht" hebben.

Kortom: Je hebt een Harddisk die eigenlijk in een kant-en-klaar PC had moeten zitten.
