Het is zo ver. IBM is aangeklaagd over de betrouwbaarheid van de 75GXP serie. Na de vele posts over problemen met deze serie en twee sterfgevallen hier (van de twee 
) Ben ik benieuwd wat hier van zal gaan komen.
Het bewijst uiteraard nog niets maar wel de moeite om dit te volgen!

Well... guess it was bound to happen someday- the incredible barrage of complaints that the SR Discussion Forum has endured is only the tip of a very large community iceberg.
We've been told by the lawfirm of Sheller, Ludwing, and Bailey that they've filed a suit in a California court on behalf of a client against IBM for alleged unreliability of its Deskstar 75GXP series. Full details may be found here. For the record, we're still on the fence when it comes to this issue... though certainly it seems as if the 75GXP has had more complaints lodged against it than any other drive we can remember.
If you haven't done so already, this issue more than ever illustrates the importance of registering and participating in the newly launched Reliability Database.
