Diablo storm.dll error & patch 1.07 problem!!

Hi all,

1. When I install diablo and wanna start it, I get a error in
storm.dll?? What can I do about it??

2. I've downloaden the Diablo 1.07 patch from Blizzard's FTP, but
when I wanna install it, it doesn't do anything?? Should I get a
install-window or won't I get anything to see about installing
the patch?
