The part is a flat surface mount IC, about 10mm*15mm. It sits close to the slots, next to a group of capacitors, and a couple of inductors (the inductors are little ''rings'' with wire wrapped round them, and very easy to spot). There are three different ''variants'' from the manufacturer. All carry the number HIP6004. The legends are:
HIP6004CB
HIP6004ACB
HIP6004BCB
Now the last two letters can change (technically they imply the ''surface mount'' package, and the plastic case). It is the first character after the number that matters.
The BCB, will generate voltages right down to 1.3v, whereas the ACB, will ''stop'' at 1.8v, returning 0v for any pattern of bits for the lower voltages. The 6004CB, will also generate right down to 1.3v, but is not compatible with the signals used on the motherboard (it doesn''t have ''TTL compatible'' inputs, requiring ''open collector'' drives).
I just checked the intersil site for you. The HIP6019 is in the same family as the HIP6004, but provides three additional output voltages (could be used for CPU I/O, clock chip, or other things). But disregard that - we only are interested in what core voltages are available.
And like the HIP6004, there is one version of the ''6019 that has Vcore range of 1.80V to 3.50V, and another version with a 1.30V to 3.50V range. I''ll summarize:
IC Vcore range
HIP6004ACB 1.80V to 3.50V
HIP6004BCB 1.30V to 3.50V
HIP6019CB 1.80V to 3.50V
HIP6019BCB 1.30V to 3.50V
