Aangaande het Moonstone topic dat dus gesloten is, heb ik dit topic gestart.
Heel veel mensen denken dat Emulatie persee dus illegaal is en dus meteen topic sluiten etc. Helaas weten veel mensen van kont noch tiet om het zo maar te zeggen.
Heel veel software bedrijven die games hebben gemaakt voor de Amiga hebben deze games als freeware vrij gegeven. Als je bevoorbeeld kijkt naar Back To The Roots, een gigantische Amiga emulatie site, deze hebben alleen games op hun site staan waar ze dus TOESTEMMING voor hebben.
Deze games zijn dus vrijgegeven en dus NIET illegaal. Geen idee of Moonstone daar ook onder valt maar de reactie "er zit copyright op, dus illegaal, dus slotje" is dus gewoon helemaal niet waar. Het is wel te begrijpen, ik ben ook geen voorstander voor het verspreiden van illegale software via GoT - alleen jezelf een beetje informeren voordat je meteen gaat gillen dat dingen illegaal zijn.. zou erg helpen.
