The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xfaa345ac, 0x00000000, 0x00006934). Microsoft Windows NT [v15.1381]. A full dump was not saved.

En oja, exception 0xc0000005 staat voor een access violation.
En dat er geen dump gemaakt is zeer waarschijnlijk te wijten aan een volle hd.

Een bugcheck treed op wanneer er iets bijzonder ernstigs misgaat binnen Windows NT. Bijzonder ernstig kan van alles zijn, en varieert van een driver die probeert virtueel geheugen te benaderen als dat niet mag tot ernstige driverbugs of hardware fouten, een lijst met symptomen staat bij microsoft.
In elk geval, als zoiets voorkomt is de systeem integriteit op dat moment zodanig aangetast dat Windows NT er niet meer zeker van kan zijn wat er daarna gaat gebeuren en heeft op dat moment 2 mogelijkheden:
1. Het proces zijn gang laten gaan met mogelijk ernstige gevolgen zoals corryptie van data op de harde schijf of
2. Het systeem onmiddelijk stoppen om verdere shcade te voorkomen.

In het design van Windows NT is gekozen voor de tweede mogelijkheid.

Als dit een nieuw verschijnsel is, is er kennelijk iets verandert. Wat? Heb je recentlijk iets aangepast aan je systeem? Mogelijk is dit van invloed. Het kan ook zijn dat je een potentieel hardwareprobleem hebt wat nu naar boven begint te komen.
