Op mijn werk kan ik bepaalde mailtjes niet openen, waar ligt dit aan? Aan mijn Outlook of aan de server? En hoe los ik het op?

Ik heb al Outlook 97,98 en 2000 geprobeerd, dus ik denk zelf dat het aan de server ligt... Iemand een oplossing hiervoor?
