Ik kan met fdisk wel partities aanmaken maar ik kan er niets opzetten, ook Partition Magic weet er geen raad mee, iemand een idee.

Solution: Error 1516 Partition improperly dismounted

In this instance, the problem can be resolved by running CHKDSK /F on the affected drive. (hielp dus niet)

If the error persists after you have applied the recommended fix, please send the following information to PowerQuest Technical Support:

- A PARTINFO report created by you. (For information on using PARTINFO, see PowerQuest Solution PR94, "Running a PartitionInfo.")
- The information outlined in PowerQuest Solution PR164, "Information Needed for a Trouble Report."
- (If you are running PartitionMagic 6 under Windows Me) The VFNSTDBG.TXT file located in C:\Program Files\PowerQuest\PartitionMagic 6.0\Win9X\VFD.
- A copy of the contents of the Master Boot Record captured with WRPROG.EXE. (For information on using WRPROG, see PowerQuest Solution PR1391, "Instructions for Using the WRPROG.EXE Utility.")
- An SSO image of the affected drive (see PowerQuest Solution PR379, "Running FSIMAGE").

Ik heb PRECIES hetzelfde en ik kan het maar niet oplossen, als iemand het weet.. dan maak je 2 mensen gelukkig.)

Dus je kan wel een partitie maken, maar er niet op schrijven? Als dat zo is, moet je ze nog wel eerst formatteren.

Heb ik gister ook gepleegd, altijd klaar...

Natuurlijk heb ik de schijf geformateerd maar de schijf word helemaal niet herkend, ik heb inderdaad een IBM dus zal dat tooltje eens proberen.

Kan ook nog wezen, dat je met TWEAKUI je drive letters, hebt uitgezet.
Wil wel ff van je weten, wat het was ?
