There is no VBIOS detected

My pc randomly shut down, screen turns black and nothing else happens.
sometimes it will restart but immidiatly shuts down and screen turns black again.
today i got the message "There is no VBIOS detected" for the first time and i dont know what it is or means.
sometimes it is when i play a heavy game and sometimes just on the internet.
Sometimes it takes 5 minutes and other times 2 hours before it happens.
can someone help me please because i can't use my pc right now .

Ik mis eigen inzet en uitzoekwerk. Je mag alles vragen op het forum mits je maar aangeeft wat je zelf gevonden hebt en wat er onduidelijk is. Zie ook de Huisregels. en de standaard template die naar voren komt als je een topic opent.
