Ik krijg mijn oude microsoftaccount niet weg

Mijn vraag

Hallo allemaal, heel af en toe zie ik een loginscherm waarop mijn OUDE bedrijfsaccount staat
dit login scherm krijg ik als ik op een .eml bestande klik (de email heeft niets te maken met het account wat hieronder staat)



er staat dan dat ik voor :
[e-mail]

Ik heb al veel gedaan om dit account weg te krijgen van mijn laptop, maar het blijft maar terugkomen.
- alle credential-manager entries verwijderd.
- alle registry entries waar dit mailadres voorkomt verwijderd
- het account van de laptop verwijderd/gedisconnect (Settings → Accounts → Access work or school)
- het account verwijderd van office apps.

Hoe krijg ik dit account echt van mijn laptop af?


EDIT: ik heb dit probleem als ik de mail in outlook-classic open. niet als ik gewoon outlook start. vraag blijft wel hoe het account te deleten? outlook classic start niet door (er missen allemaal PST bestanden)

Heb je al een nieuw mailprofiel aangemaakt? (Configuratiescherm - Mail outlook en dan daarvandaan een nieuw profiel aanmaken) Denk dat dat het oplost.

ik heb toegang weer, maar nog styeeds die oude accounts.
ALs ik nu TEAMS open zie ik daar mijn werkaccount. Dat is GOED! als ik echter klik op 'toevoegen ander account' dan zie ik allemaal accounts van mijn vorige werkgever.

Hoe krijg ik deze weg?
Heb al heel veel dingen geprobeerd (teams cache leeg, windows accounts gechecked) , maar ze blijven er maar staan.

Kijkend naar je informatie denk ik dat je op verschillende plekken nog oude verwijzingen kunt vinden:

De standaard app voor EML bestanden staat mogelijk nog ingesteld op Outlook Classic. Als je dat verder niet gebruikt, wijzig daar dan de standaard app voor naar bijvoorbeeld Outlook (new)

Pointers naar oude accounts vind je in het register van Windows.

Open REGEDIT en kijk onder:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities

Je kunt ook in het register onder HKEY_CURRENT_USER zoeken naar sleutels en waarden met de oude/verkeerde gegevens.

Teams:
Vaak kun je de oude Organisaties "verlaten", maar dat zie je pas wanneer je bent verbonden met het account waarmee je dan ook een gast account hebt in de organisatie waar je als gast aan bent toegevoegd.

Hoi @akimosan Dank voor je hulp. ik heb alle registry edits bekeken, maar zie nergens de accounts staan. ook het zoeken op mail-adres levert niets op in het register.
Blijft een lastig iets. Het zijn overigens bedrijfsaccounts die ik wil verwijderen. kan helaas geen contact meer opnemen met het oude bedrijf... nog andere tips?

Dank je wel voor het meedenken. Ik heb nog een keer gekeken maar daar staan ze niet bij.

Is er niet zoiets als School or Work account? Iets met Access work or school in je control panel. ik heb hier geen Windows machine dus kan het even niet opzoeken maar ik dacht dat zoiets bestond?

Heb je dat account misschien ook ooit gebruikt in MS-Teams? Daar willen ze ook wel eens blijven 'hangen' zodat je ze alsnog her en der tegen blijft komen tijdens een inlog op andere MS applicaties.
