Na kleine 2 dagen “kutten” sta ik op punt handdoek in de ring te gooien:
De nabu-casa voice preview krijg ik niet (goed/volledig) werkend met home assistent.
Dit leek initeel wel het geval, maar de spraak/voice “wake up” werkte maar niet.
Adviess op forums; reset (knopje ingedrukt houden > factory reset)
Echter sindsdien bij de initiële setup (esp home) wordt er continue gevraagd vaar een encryptie key (die ik niet heb)
Nog een oude backups van HA uitgevoerd; blijft piepen over esp encryptie key ….
Dus 1: factory rest - 2: ha backup rollback - 3: firmware flash vanuit GitHub….
En nog steeds krijg ik m niet operationeel; stap 1/2 van de setup begin direct met encryptie key.
Iemand ervaring? Of tips? Heb de eerste 2 pagina’s van Google gevolgd, maar komt allemaal op zelfde neer.

1. If you still have access to your Old/Original Home Assistant Instance
If your instance is still running, you can find the key:
Go to Settings > System > Backups.
Click the three dots in the top right and select "Change password" (or it may be visible under backup details).

2. If the Old Instance is Broken/Inaccessible
If your instance crashed and you cannot access the interface:
Locate Saved Key: Search your computer, password manager, or notes for where you saved the key during the initial setup.
Extract from Drive (Advanced): If you can plug your storage drive (SD card/SSD) into another computer, you may be able to find the key in supervisor/homeassistant/.storage/backup_key.
If you cannot find it: Unfortunately, that backup cannot be restored, and you will have to set up your Home Assistant instance from scratch.

3. If you mean the ESPHome Voice Preview Device Key
If you lost the key for the physical voice hardware (not the backup), it is stored in the device.

Factory Reset: Follow the procedure in the documentation to factory reset the Voice Preview Device.
Re-adopt: Re-adopt the device through the ESPHome integration in Home Assistant, which will create a new key
