Google One abonnements features stilzwijgend verwijderd.

Heeft iemand anders ook de ervaring dat Google de toegang tot functies zoals Gemini in Docs verwijdert, nadat je een abonnement met AI-functies hebt afgesloten? Toen ik mijn jaarabonnement afsloot, zagen de functies er zo uit (inclusief Gemini in Docs):


Maar nu missen er plots features zoals Gemini in Docs:


De Google One klantenservice dat ze dit zomaar mogen doen, maar dat lijkt mij juridisch niet juist.

Zoals bijna alle dienstenleveranciers staat in hun voorwaarden dat ze de dienst mogen aanpassen. Je zou wel een mail moeten hebben ontvangen met de aangekondigde wijziging, en je hebt de mogelijkheid je contract vroegtijdig te beëindigen

Je mag diensten aanpassen, maar niet beloofde functionaliteiten in een duurder abonnement zetten. Daar is NL & EU recht erg duidelijk in. (bijv. Richtlijn (EU) 2019/770 - Artikel 8 lid 1-b &Artikel 19, lid 1)

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem. Nul communicatie, en support is alleen maar aan het vertragen en ontkennen.

Werd zo moe van alle leugens dat ik even googlecontractbreuk.nl heb opgezet waar iedereen zich kan aanmelden.

Afhankelijk van de animo gaan we een collectieve case optuigen. Dit is een principe kwestie geworden
