krijg ftp bij mijn.host niet aan de praat

Hoi,
Ik wil overstappen naar mijn.host maar krijg ftp daar niet aan de praat (bij vimexx werkt het wel).
Ik ben bijna zover dat ik de overstap maar vergeet. Degene die me helpt kan wel inloggen en zegt dat hij niks meer kan doen voor me.

Kpn box, firewall is ingesteld *alles door te laten van zowel ipv4 als ipv6.

Je hebt een wachtwoord opgeslagen bij deze connectie lijkt het:

Maar dat wachtwoord wordt niet geaccepteerd:

Ik zou het simpelweg het opgeslagen wachtwoord even controleren (zeker als iemand anders wel gewoon kan inloggen).

edit: Het lijkt hier, gezien de SSH referenties, over sFTP te gaan en niet standaard FTP.

Ze zijn ermee bezig, ik kreeg net een alternative login/pass en met die kan ik inloggen maar nog niks doen, geen rechten, maar er zit schot in. Als het verholpen is meld ik het.
