Firestrike Score low untill I fire up a game of arc raiders.

Im really sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. I just figured the tech gurus would all be here!

PLEASE I beg you to help me I have such a weird problem and I cant even begin to understand what the problem is.

Let me start off by saying my firestrike score has ALWAYS been extremely consistent over the years. 12,900 for cpu ( 7800x3d ) and 22,500 for gpu ( 3090ti ) these numbers have SLIGHTLY varied from time to time but extremely consistent.

Fast forward october 2025. I reinstall windows 10 fresh. let it update, install drivers ( chipset, nvidia, network, etc ) everything runs perfectly i install 3dmark firestrike and once again I get the good old numbers Ive seen for the past years, 12900 cpu and 22500 gpu. this is comfirmation to me everything is fine. fast forward november 15. I dont know what happened, i did NOTHING or installed nothing during this time but i run firestrike and my graphic score is 21.000 CONSISTENTLY. 5 runs, all 21.000. I dont understand why. I am confused and dont know how to fix it. I boot up arc raiders thinking to myself my gpu is probably dying. I end my gaming session 3 hours later. I run firestrike, 22.500 graphic score. I am beyond confused and I dont connect the dots to maybe launching arc did something? I run firestrike 3/4 more times, consistently 22.500. I am relieved and happy it fixed itself. I close my pc and sleep. Next morning I boot up pc and run firestrike, back to 21.000 score. I launch Arc , play 1 run, close Arc, 22.500 score on firestrike.

What can this possibly mean? Please help me im sorry for typing this wall of text.

Ik zal in het Nederlands antwoorden omdat ik verwacht dat je topic anders gesloten wordt.

Allereerst vraag ik mij af waarin je deze test überhaupt draait. Een enkele keer uit interesse begrijp ik, of eenmalig na de herinstalleren van Windows. De test zelf heeft een indicatie van de performance zodat deze met andere videokaarten vergeleken kan worden.

Merk je tijdens het spelen ook daadwerkelijk dat het spel minder vloeiend loopt? Het gaat immers slechts om een theoretisch verschil van ~4.5%. Natuurlijk kan dat vervelend zijn, maar met deze videokaart zou het spel nog steeds vloeiend moeten draaien.
