Hm, is niet echt duidelijk; Amazon zelf meldt daar niets over. Maar het zou zeker kunnen; andere, voor Amazon mogelijk goedkopere, bezorger inschakelen...

@JaspB Hmm.... Ik geef nu in ieder geval als bezorginstructie op (daar is een formulier voor) dat Dragonfly niet gebruikt dient te worden, of ze zich daar aan gaan houden moet ik nog zien. Heb ze in ieder geval vaak genoeg gewaarschuwd voor Dragonfly (met verwijzingen naar de vele negatieve reviews) en toen stuurde Dragonfly ineens bewijs (foto) dat ze een pakket onbeheerd hadden achtergelaten, zonder dat ik daar instructies voor had gegeven. Die foto naar Amazon gestuurd -> refund.
