erg vreemd dat bij de 3e hop wordt verwezen naar 10.10.10.174 (wat een lokaal ipadres is die momenteel niet meer bestaat)

het maakt niet uit welke client ik gebruik op mijn lan. telefoons, tablets, windows, linux

ik heb alle instellingen van mijn CGU doorgespit, zelfs whitelisting rules aangemaakt zodat touch-portal.com altijd door mag.
via mijn CGU geen contact mogelijk met touch-portal.com

heeft iemand een idee hoe dit te fixen?

het issue lijkt bij touchportal's isp te liggen:
Thanks for providing the public IP as well. We are investigating why this happens but we have not yet pinned it down. We thought we did but given that it happened to you as well in the past 24 hours, the fix our hosting has implemented does not seem to work.

I will send your IP to the hosting company so that they can unblock it. It might take a bit of time since it is the weekend. Thanks for providing the details and once I get a response I will let you know.

ik heb een workaround gevonden: vpn naar externe server gebruiken.
als ze bevestigen dat het aan hun isp ligt, zal ik ik dat hier ook terug koppelen.
