Mijn vraag
My RX 6800 XT only runs at PCIe 3.0 speeds on an ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I (with Ryzen 5 7600X). Even when I force PCIe Gen 4 in BIOS, it either fails to POST or falls back to Gen 3. I want to confirm whether the issue is with the GPU or the motherboard.

Does anyone know a PC repair shop in Bergen op Zoom (or nearby) that offers this kind of quick GPU diagnostic? Or a local community where I can get this tested?

Relevante software en hardware die ik gebruik
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
- Moederbord: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING WIFI
- GPU: XFX Radeon RX 6800 XT
- BIOS: latest version installed
- Verified GPU-Z → reports PCIe 3.0 link
- Updated BIOS to latest version
- Tested with and without riser cable
- Tried forcing Gen 4 in BIOS → unstable / reverts to Gen 3
- Integrated graphics on CPU works fine with Gen 4 lanes
