Where can I test my GPU in Bergen op Zoom?

Mijn vraag
My RX 6800 XT only runs at PCIe 3.0 speeds on an ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I (with Ryzen 5 7600X). Even when I force PCIe Gen 4 in BIOS, it either fails to POST or falls back to Gen 3. I want to confirm whether the issue is with the GPU or the motherboard.

Relevante software en hardware die ik gebruik

1. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
2. Moederbord: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING WIFI
3. GPU: XFX Radeon RX 6800 XT
4. BIOS: latest version installed

Wat ik al gevonden of geprobeerd heb

1. Verified GPU-Z → reports PCIe 3.0 link
2. Updated BIOS to latest version
3. Tested with and without riser cable
4. Tried forcing Gen 4 in BIOS → unstable / reverts to Gen 3
5. Integrated graphics on CPU works fine with Gen 4 lanes

At this point I’d like to test the GPU in another system (or test another GPU in my system) to isolate the problem.

Mijn vraag
Does anyone know a PC repair shop in Bergen op Zoom (or nearby) that offers this kind of quick GPU diagnostic? Or a local community where I can get this tested?

Waar zie je dat je GPU op pci-e3 draait, gpu-Z?
Het is zo dat als je GPU niks hoeft te doen dat de PCI-E snelheid terug valt naar gen 3, dit is volgens mij om energie te besparen wanneer de pc niks hoeft te doen.

I’m using GPU-Z, and it’s always stuck at PCIe 3. Not only that, but it also stutters!

I’ve tried adjusting the BIOS, reinstalling drivers, and even reinstalling Windows. I’m positive it’s a hardware issue, but I’m not sure which part.
