JBL live 660nc gaat steeds weer aan

Mijn vrouw heeft een JBL Live 660nc. Gekoppeld aan haar tablet.

De koptelefoon wil niet meer uit. Er zit een schuifje op om uit te zetten, maar een paar seconden later gaat het ding weer aan.

Wat ik ook probeer, lang vasthouden, kort vasthouden, paar keer achter elkaar, hij gaat steeds weer aan. En verbindt dan weer met de tablet, terwijl ze als ze alleen is gewoon tablet geluid wil horen
Als je erg lang vasthoudt gaat hij zelfs al weer aan tijdens het vasthouden van het schuifje.

Resetten door volume+ en volume- een aantal seconden vast te houden helpt niet.

Bluetooth uitzetten op de tablet verhindert het verbinding maken uiteraard, maar dan loopt de batterij wel leeg.

Bijkomend, maar misschien niet gerelateerd, probleem: eerder ging het afspelen automatisch op pauze bij het afzetten, nu niet meer.

Got instructions from support and now the problem seems to be fixed.

The instructions if someone's ever gonna have the same problem:

1. Connect the mains adapter and the charging cable to your Live 500BT, but not to the mains socket.
2. Now press and hold the on/off switch for 60 to 90 seconds to drain the residual current from the unit.
3. Let the unit rest for a few minutes.
4. You may have to charge the unit for a few minutes at the power socket so that it can start again at all. This is normal in this case.
5. It is recommended that you do a full charge (about 2 hours). Then check the function of your headphones again.

After that, please perform a reset. Proceed like this:

1. Switch on the headphones and make sure that it is not connected to any device
2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for at least 5 seconds.
3. The headphones now switch off and are reset to the factory settings.

Dank, dat lijkt geholpen te hebben. De stekker erin, en niet in de muur. Verzin het maar.

Heb het ook eens met een 650NC gehad, voeding erin (dan gaat de koptelefoon altijd uit) was de oplossing.

Ik weet het niet meer zeker maar volgens mij was de oorzaak door iets met oplader erin terwijl die ontkoppeld aanstond.
