I would like some advise regarding below issue
I have made an order at snip webshop but I did not receive any parcel, DHL delivered according to the tracking but I did not received my parcel.
Now I emailed [mbr[snip[/] about this and DHL did the investigation and they say it has been delivered.
snip is hiding behind this and simply say it has been delivered so there is nothing they can do.
[mbr[snip[/] needs to take their responsibility and claim it at DHL as they did not deliver at my house or my neighbor. My guess is that they dropped it in front of the door without my permission, in that case DHL was wrong but snip is still responsible for delivery to the customer i guess.
There has to be done something about this.
I lost 653,- euro now and will not accept this
