My name is Adrian and I have a very bad ongoing experience with megekko; something I thought it is not possible in belgium or holland .
I recommended one of my friends to buy a monitor and pc from them. The monitor arrived after a few days but the pc was delayed. after a few days the Postnl people said they have a problem with the package and that i should wait. After a few weeks they started to say that there is still a problem and that the sender has to investigate with them. So the package was probably lost. Mekekko stated that the package was delivered and that there is nothing they can do about the pc not being delivered. So they say it is delivered ...post nl says it was not and after a month they still refuse top reimburse me or to send the product. In the last email they ware very clear that they don't want to resolve this responding with "Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a solution."
More investigation in Megekko on some websites revealed that this is something they do constantly. They ignore when packages are lost even when there is clear proof that the delivery service is a fault. They just rob people of their money and time.
The fact that they communicate only by email even in cases like this is just insane and if you go in the shop they do absolutely nothing.
Now...since i saw that many people complain about this and that you still gave them an award...well that pissed me of a bit.
My opinion is that you don't give awards to companies and people for doing their jobs...you give them praise when they do the right thing in situations like this or other similar ones like warrantee claims and helping ppl with problems; not just for selling you a thing at a good price.
I wander how many other people are in my situation with this company.
I wander how many people got burned and will never buy from them again.
I will decently not consider recomanding them or buying from them ever again.
